MISREPRESENTATION CONCERN

i have a bit of a problem here my job has changed since i sent my application to ottawa, and i think they know it because i applied for the wp for the new position as well and for the position i was nominated under, if they really find out that category has changed and i have not informed them can they charge me with misrepresentation, kindly advice if anyone knows about it

I don't think this is a matter of concern...since you have already applied and have fulfilled the requirements for CEC ...any change after that should not have an impact on processing for CEC...

Misrepresentation is when you are doing some thing and you are telling your job is some thing else. If some one lies - that's misrepresentation. Question to ask is, did you lie?

For CEC, there is no requirement to inform the CIC about the job change. If some one is working under a job that he is not allowed to (because of closed work permit), then that might be a problem. You have not provided enough information.
