I received misrepresentation ban for 5 years because my BTech certificate was not approved. I received the certificate through Credit Transfer mode. So can i apply Study Visa to france once my Canada ban is over.

If you received a misrepresentation ban for Canada, that ban only applies to Canada. You can apply for a study visa to France at any time.
