I have 3 tickets for assault in the USA from 1997 I got probation for already and wonder if with my FBI summary records can I be admissible in Canada. No other record shown on summary report after that.
I believe it depends on how those incidents would be viewed under canadian law and also how much time has passed since you served the probation. Probably best to apply and see what happens.

I already tried to apply and it was denied previously BUT now ten years have passed and at this moment I'm waiting on the embassy to ask me for records and my FBI summary is date on September with the same results as before (no more charges on it) I wanted to make sure I check all the sources necessary to grant access to the country. Any advices anuo
I just filled out the self assessment and phoned the office in charge located in Ontario and I'm not a candidate because my records are from the USA and5I was never in jail nor sent to a Canadian prision or anything like that. God I really need some help to have whatever the Mexican embassy ask for. At this time I only have my FBI summary updated.
Can anyone give me a clue about where to search at, like a website to see like the Canadian constitution or where to look at so I can learn myself how to properly type a leter explaining base on these law regulation about whom are inadmi
