My son (minor) was initially refused for extension of Study Permit because we failed to attach the school form. It had since been resolved and he eventually got his SP.
We are now applying for TRV as well. Since he is a minor, he is not required to answer the questions on his past travel including his past refusal.
Do we keep silent about his past SP refusal or do we volunteer it as part of a letter of explanation?
