Minor Study permit with Father’s closed work permit

what are the chances of getting minor’s study permit if father has closed work permit and he is currently in Canada and working on a good paying job?
Minor doesn’t have visit visa of Canada.

Under what program? What NOC? When does permit expire? How old is child? Chances are good if you show funds to support son.

Father has closed work permit for Noc 0 job office manager.Child is 15 years old.Permit is expiring in 2 years.
