Minor PR children not fulfilling residence obligation due to parents came back to native country

Myself and my wife with 02 kids landed canada as PR in 2012 and after 06 months came back to my home country due to some family issues both my children were under age of 10 years when we came back not fulfilling the residence obligation .Please advise me how my children will get back their PR status as they were minor when came back. Can we apply for PRTD for them or contact the canadian immigration office

How old are they now? They would need to apply for a PRTD claiming H&C grounds for removal as a child. No clear answer whether or not it would be accepted.

My Son is 15 years now

yes Planning to come back canada after he will turn 18 years

So you've got 3 years. As it stands now, apply for the PRTD under H&C. No guarantees that it will work, but it's his best option, at least under the current rules.
