Minor document to show identity for citizenship application

Hi,
I have a daughter who is 6 year old, now when i am applying for Canadian citizenship.
Application is asking for document to show one identity of minor which has must photo in it.
I don't have photo of my daughter in following records.
1. Health Card --> No pic in case of minor.
2. School record --> No pic in it also.

Question :- What should i attached in my daughter ( minor case) now. ?

Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification
Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.

Examples include:

• school record
• health insurance card

If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

For a child under school age, identification such as:

• a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
• a hospital or immunization record, may be provided

Format: Clear and legible photocopy

I sent Passport and PRC copies and they accepted it. I have started another thread to showcase such bizarre logic on the citizenship website...

I found similar logic flaw in another section the citizenship website, just the way you found in the case of minor applicants
