Minor. Acceptable Documets?

Hi.

I have applied for citizenship for my son. I am born Canadian living in US. He is 15 and I have a US passport to use as photo ID. He has no other government issued ID. What would constitute an acceptable form of ID? School transcript? Immunization form?

Biographical page of Passport(s)/Travel Documents of the child. Two (2) pieces of the child's personal identification. Birth certificate or adoption order (in the case of adopted children) One (1) proof of the parent's Canadian citizenship (if applicable) Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
