i have done company secretary course have cleared 1st which is foundation with 70% marks in 2016 then i took the tutions for second level which is executive exam was on 2017 june bt i didnt went for the exam but i have the admit card n all

This gap is going to create a problem for me ??

Um... I am not a professional but i don't think an admit card is enough .. but 2 year gap is not that long , its normal for students , and moreover , you should hope for the best , i have seen people with 5 years gap and 50% marks getting visa , you have way better profile than them , soo.. no worries , be positive!

I have the registration certificate too and id card of my tutions also

Okay then , if you haven't filed the visa yet , then in your SOP , mention that after 2016 you were preparing for stage 2 and were willing to proceed in this career but due to some reason you couldn't appear in the exam , again , its just a suggestion , you must talk to a good consultant and explain your situation to him .
P.S - You can also mention some other reason then health issue if you want ..

haven't filed the visa yet . One more thing should i pay a fees of one year or 1 sem ?? N visa sucess rate depends on college also ?

You need to pay 1st semester fees only and regarding the college , i would say that visa officer doesn't have any problem if you have the offer from the college , but he will definitely see if your previous study match the study you are going to do in college , they must be in same field , for ex , if i am a non medical student and go for a medical course , it will be a problem .

I am going for business administration accounting and i have done 12th from commerce stream and i have diploma also in financial accounting

Do gap reduces the chance of visa ?

Thats great! You won't face any issue then , one thing that i would suggest is , if you have the time and money to put in , then you can try to improve your score , thats all

They Do reduce but , 2 year gap isnt that huge , its really normal , if u had a gap of 3-5 years then you might have faced problem , u have a plus point that you have that diploma , so you are on safe side

look , with 6/5.5 you are on the border line of requirement , if it were 6.5/6 , it would have been aweome.. Its kindda OK now,,
