minimum income tax returns to show for canadian study visa

sir i have applied loan for 2 years programme in Canada after 12 with good marks in both 12th standard and ielts exam.bt my dad's income tax returns are less approx (3.5) lakhs per year bt i can show property. do i have chance of getting the visa?
plzz me help me

Parents ITR not required under any visa category (India). You will have to submit your own ITR/Form 16 (if you are working) under 'generic' category only.

i am not working sir,, bt the immigration agent say that indian ambessy demands parents ITR so that they can ensure that u can pay fees for subsequent semesters

We can show ITR of 2 years or 1yr...m not getting it bcz my dad returns are less then 3 lakh per year

I have been accepted by college. I have paid my tution fee for first year.. And paid my gic.. Bt my father has income tax returns of 3.60lacs... I have shown 3.16 lac funds in bank.. Also i have CA certificate which has around 50lacs. Including shop(35.16lac)rest are liquid fund withreports...does it affect to get my study permit?

I am in the same situation as yours. Any update on your visa? Did you add any additional documents?
