military verification

I want to ask about verification that related to military service
I am fsw aor 23may 2017
med passed 29 june
ip2 after I submit military cert on 5/9/2017

I called cic and they tell my that they need to do more verification related to military service. I was soldier
they told me that my file is finished except this verification
I am form Egypt
How many time expected between this point and ppr ?

cool congratulations !!! did they specify that additional verifications was about your military service ?? Strage they generally dont give that details no ?

I asked for the reason of additional verification
hardly, the agent after asking the same question by different ways told me that.

I don't know the cause or how they verify the information

but finally it happened
no one know how they work
