Its been 20 months and i just got this message after 2nd ADR,,,,,"

• January 24, 2025 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

So, how much more patience needed as per precedence
Anyone with clue please

Applied for Parents Visitor Visa on April 29th, 2022
Country of Origin: Pakistan
Military Service: Pak Navy
ADR: 12 December 2022
ADR submitted: 18 December 2022
Multiple calls, GCMS Notes, MP inquiries - no response
CSIS confirmed in GCMS notes that they cleared our file and sent back to CBSA, IRCC says CBSA is conducting check, GCMS says Criminality: Passed, Eligibility: Passed, Security: In Progress

It has been 32 months and 14 days....each and every day I check the portal/tracker for any updates, whenever I order GCMS notes I get a ghost update which just gives me a bit of hope.

Oh and decided to re-apply for one of the parents separately, and IRCC sent back the application as there was already an application in progress.

25 Months and still waiting!! I lost my younger brother and the application has no timeline! Totally devastated. This is very crucial time when I want them to stay couple of months with me and feel a little better.

Sorry to hear about your loss. You should connect with your MP. Non-routine applications can be fast-tracked by them in case of an emergency.
For everyone else, i have heard it can take upto max 4 years

Hey, applied vissit visa from Pakistan on 23 March 2023

On 15th May, Everything shows as complete on the tracker for eligibility, biometrics, and Background. Do you know how long it will take for a final decision?

Saw new update on tracker,,,,BG completed,,,,how much is wait period till I get final decision ?
