Military record for visitor visa

I am in a similar spot. Applied early 2025 for Super visa, application marked non routine. My dad served in the army for 3 years in his 20s and he is 71 years old. MP said its non routine and nothing can be done other than waiting

IRCC delay is cruel esp for our aged family members. Their travel timelines are limited after a certain age.
