Have you been personally affected? Do you have proofs to show that your life is in danger? Newspaper reports, hospital records, etc? Why have terrorists targeted you in particular?

Or is this a generic threat or a general feeling of insecurity that's experienced by other people in your city?

No - none of us here can give you a visa. We do not work for the government. We are normal people like you.

If you want to claim refugee status in Canada, then you have two options. The first option is to leave Pakistan and move to a different country. Once you are there, you must be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and then selected for resettlement in Canada. The second option is to apply for a tourist visa to Canada, to fly to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive here.

To be approved, you must demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country (e.g. employment, property, assets) and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Since you are just a student, you should assume it will be very difficult to get a TRV approved.
