I applied my TRV paper visa for Canada on 14th March and on my GC key account no update form 6th April still review on my profile for check my eligibility. How longer time i will wait and what i do please tell me guys thank you. @Bryanna help me please

Processing depends on a number of factors.

You could send a Case Specific Enquiry/IRCC web form to request for an expedited decision. However, as IRCC has been receiving several such requests, I would not send the CSE unless you have some emergency
