Can anybody knows what happens to pre-feb2008 applications. Are these application in the processing or not. They will getting Visa,a or not

I am April 28th 2010 and I P is 14th may 2012
I need some information from you that what is the cost and difference between CIPS NOTES and GCMS NOTES.
Secondly i have renewed my passport in DEC 2012 is it mandatory to inform NDVO is it have negetive affect on my case.

No cost difference between CAIPS and GCMS notes. GCMS is the new system CIC has implemented across cisa offices. CAIPS was the old one
