By the Grace of Jesus ,prayers and support of my parents and beloved forum friends I got my passport with most awaited visa. Thankyou so much for your support dear friends.
I went thru so many uncertainties and problems in the past three and half years .

i am happy for u as u r a god fearing men .god will never let his people go down and sure u will do good in canada tooooooooo.were u working all these years ,as u wrote somewhere that u left gulf job and here waiting for visa .me tooo same situation but by gods grace i have work and i m working ..i left middle ease job to do my medicals and passport submission ...i hope my visa will also be granted after waiting for 8 months of pp submission

Yes friend.
I applied in april 2010.
Agency told witin one year wl get visa.so i didnt go bk to muskat.did Ielts.bt was waiting waiting wtout job.
Then aftr 10months went bak to muskat.
Then aftr one year came bk to India.
Then i tried to go to Dubai,coz i didnt hav family visa as i am working for petrolium devolpmnt of oman.
Aftre 3 months(visting visa) of strugle i got job in Dubai,
Came bk to india.Got visa to Dubai,went and planed aftr 2mnths wife wl cometo Dubai.
Bt same month Got medical.
Wt great strugle got pp bk frm company.
JAN 17 went to Dubai,feb 6 got medical,march5 came bak.
March 11 did medical.
After pafso strike.
At last got visa by the grace of God.

I have sent my passport for Canada VISA stamping on 28th of Sep-2013 in FSW category 1111 to CHC, New Delhi.

However, the DD for revised landing fee was sent on 14th of October-2013

We have had sent the DD for initially requested amount of landing fee, which our consultant did not submit initially with other documents.

I work in Gulf country & my leaves are over on 16th of October. I have also attached leave permit letter from my current employer along with requested documents sent to CHC.

Please help me in understanding the below:
1) How long will it take for me to get the VISA stamped?
2) Is there any way I can request passport back & send it back after resuming duties in the Gulf.

Request you to please guide.

As you mentioned you have a friend in NDVO, I would request you to enquire my case with him or share your friends no.

My hubby has to resume job as his leaves are over. He is so very restless due to multiple calls from his office.

Below is detailed history of my case:

Same thing had happened with me, my hubby had a friend working in NDVO, so he called us and said to my hubby to collect visa stamped passport from NDVO. But my hubby said No, so they couriered us passport.

But after we received our passport duly visa stamped (we all 4 people, me my Hubby and my 2 daughters), we found that visa was not stamped on passport of my hubby so we called our friend, he said: Passport vapis NDVO office bhej do, so we sent back our passport. Now my hubby's visa awaited.

Finaaalllllllyyyyy all the suspense, wait, pain comes to end and the preparation for the new struggle starts, recvd our passports with maple leaf y'day, another friend of mine with similar timeline also recvd his passports y'day.was a silent reader on the forum, Thanks to one and all who have been part of this journey, we are from hyderabad......
