MHA in canada after BDS (Dalhousie university)

Hi,
I have completed my BDS from India and was looking for graduate courses in Canada. So I found Dalhousie university MHA program but I am not sure regarding job aspects on completion of MHA from Dalhousie. So if anyone can share their experience or any other information regarding course, university or any alternative course it will be very helpful.

A general MBA would be much better. There are very narrow job opportunities in Canada with an MHA. Many of the health admin jobs are previous Canadian practionners.
