I sincerely doubt that's where its at. There has been no movement for Cuban applications at all. No application before me or after me as received an update. They JUST gave pre-arrival to an April 2019 applicant. Its simply Mexico being Mexico that can't handle their workload.

I am wondering if other September 2019 applicants have heard a peep from mexico recently ?

September 17 2019 applicant. And nothing. Dec 8 2020 recieved pre arrivals then nothing. Mp told us were going through criminality verification... 17 months. So ridiculous

Overworked... and even more since the Havana in Cuba is closed it added a really big bunch of cases more in the queue

Oct 2019 applicant, my wife sent her medical March 2020 and no response since then; Mexico office is really slow and it’s frustrating; last update when I checked is that they received medical. Anyone else in similar situation ?

Sept 2019 applicant, Dec 2019 transfer to Mexico VO and Feb 2020 medical request. Nothing since then, eligibility review not started. We've added information to our file a few times. Most recently we put in a request to extend the approved medicals (in particular for 2 non-accompanying dependents that were tough to get and costly) and they didn't acknowledge it.

OMG i'm going to lose MY MIND. December 30th 2020 we asked for the notes. Our eligibility was not done but everything else was and now they send us this. Why cant they get their shit together!! Is it worth asking for an update now? Ordering my notes again ?

I applied January 2019. Everything but eligibility was finished within about 3 months. Eligibility took about 14-15 months

This is my biggest fear! Took a lot to get 2 non-accompanying dependents medicals (complete money grab). I would be livid if I had to do those again. I'm also a Dec 2019 applicant and haven't heard anything since my medical in Sept 2020. What the F are they doing over there? This is just CRAZY!

So I got my notes today and they still have not even touched my file. I submitted in Dec 2019 and the last time they opened it was February 2020. It doesn’t look like I will be seeing my husband any time soon. I’m so disappointed I understand with everything that is happening it’s harder for them, but to not even open the application for a year that’s just wrong.

I hear you! I finally got mine and looks like they've only touched it to update my medicals and add any correspondence. Seems like all our files are waiting in a huge drawer.
