Just got an update from my MP's office. Our application has been referred for an interview. I'll update again when we get a DM in ecas.
At least you know what happens with your application, I hope to receive an update soon and know if I will need an interview or not. I hope you have the interview date soon.

Jut got ATIP this morning on day 31th...

Ok i can now tell you guys that this process is a total JOKE

Medical : Passed
Biometric : Passed
Eligibility : Pre-assessment done - Review Required / CSQ Pending
Security : Not Started

So there's no way even after CSQ that we entering haha you kidding me unless a miracle or they write it super formal and negative in the notes.

This process is just there to make us wait and wait that's what it is... i'm watiing CSQ and the time i get i'm gonna put an official complaint on IRCC if it's not moving. All they did between October til now... the " Pre-assessment " basically it!

And we are considerd in the Priority Registry can you imagine for others

It's better just be the CSQ document itself seriously!

Basically they do things in sequence and not in parallel ,

Security can be MONTHS, it's done by an indepedent division so unless a miracle we def gonna be over the Medical mark and have to ask or pay for redoing fu** joke

Due date for Receivability : 2020/03/27

Due date for Security : 2020/03/29 lol yeah right and not even started sure!

Let me doubt..

Review Required means that there will be an interview, barring some miracle.
i still cross fingers that it's caused by CSQ waiting, cause seriously if we get an interview it means everyone here will get and i would be seriously mad about that fact that it's impossible to pass without it, a total joke.

At my request ,my Federal district politician called at IRCC and they say at that point (Recommend an exam) is an intern note for officers to review all before the final confirmation of eligiblility when the CSQ is received.

When to interview applicants
Interview applicants and their family members only when it is essential to ensure a thorough assessment of an application. Interviews may be required to:

  • confirm applicants' identities
  • confirm an applicant’s relationship to the sponsor or to other family members
  • clarify any questions about applicants' admissibility
  • resolve any uncertainties concerning information or documents submitted in the application

i seriously don't see what would they ask after all we provided and in rules and all been stamped by foreign embassy on papers, so those are officials.

Husband Is Canadian.

so I Just came out of my interview,I would say it was torture instead of a normal interview! Smh the woman that interviewed me in room 2 was very rude an unpleasant hence she took out all her anger on me while asking questions about my husband, and when I answer her questions some of which she refuses to believe an saying she don’t believe some of my answers.
She ask me about his childhood, siblings, school, favourite sports team, his job, salary, family, why did we got marry, how did we got marry, why was it kept in my country rather than his, if he supports me financially, if he has depths to pay off, his savings, plans for our future, why did I attend the interview alone, if I’m to get refuse if he will come live Guyana with me an leave his country, what do we chat about when we’re apart, our honeymoon, why he didn’t get a girlfriend/wife from his country rather than meeting me, etc etc I can go on an on! It was a freaking torture!!! Now we just have to wait to see whether we will get a refusal letter or passport request that’s what she said. Until she has finish putting the pieces together.! God be with us! Smh Goodluck to u Guys.

Trust me it’s not.... I wanted to cry so bad in the interview that as soon as I got back to the hotel my tears ran out. This is frustrating I just want it to be over soon!
