I still have not sent mine, wanted to see if they ask for it. Maybe they do not..? I do not remember if they asked for this for cuba on the application instructions? Any idea?

Yes there is a sentence that specify the order from the criminal records is being need too but I omitted too like many others and I didn't know what happened with the person who was request to send it..just in case I got mine in digital copy and original paper

Hello, I received DM in ECAS today. We are now awaiting PPR, hopefully over the next few days.

Timeline:
Application rec'd - Jan 23rd, 2019
Medical passed - March 26th, 2019
File transfer to Mexico - Oct 21, 2019
Started Processing - Nov 19, 2019
Pre-arrival and Bio-metrics - Feb 19th, 2020
Bio-metrics submitted -Feb 21st, 2020
DM in Ecas - Feb 22nd, 2020

P.S - If you are over the one year mark, feel free to reach out to your MP. I reached out to my MP on Feb 11th and was told that he was going to advocate on our behalf to finalize the processing ASAP. Not sure it it was a coincidence but 11 days later I received DM.

Yes it took us a long time to get the passport.

I believe so. It was at a notary office in Santa Clara. He didn’t ask for it, they just gave it to him when he picked up the police certificate. After talking with some other people he told me sometimes they don’t just give it out, so you may have to ask for it

I believe all is fair game during this entire process. Have you ordered your notes? Maybe they'll help you understand what's the delay.

I haven’t my lawyer says not too as it can affect the process . I am beginning to think it’s all BS can’t believe this

Affect the process? That's odd... I don't know but if I were you, I'd order those notes. 15 months is way too long to be waiting in the dark like that.

I ordered notes 2 times during my husband process and it did not affect his application and to be honest my notes never gave me any real information.

I didn't order notes for my husband's process so I don't know exactly what information is on there - but if they aren't helpful, maybe at least it'll help them look at your file and get something moving
There's a post on this forum on how to get them search for GCMS Notes (or something along those lines)

It doesn’t affect the process at all, it’s an entirely different office that pulls the notes and read ya any secured or protected information . Lawyers don’t like to request them because it’s extra work .... 15 months I would be telling that lawyer to order those notes

If your lawyer is the appointed rep on the file , the lawyer has to order them . Or you would have to rescind the lawyer as an authorized rep on your file and appoint yourself .
I would honestly tell your lawyer that it’s 15 months in and get ordering !
