Wow really.. me too I wouldn't know if you didn't mentioned that.. that's weird. .on second paragraph on the 3rd page it says ' We are looking forward to receiving your package within 30 days to conclude your application for permanent residence in Canada.' I don't understand why they gave you only 15 days..

That's why I am worried . I don't have much time for them to misplace the passport if that is the case , hopefully not . Well I'll hopefully get good news soon . I can't wait for this to be over .

I sent it on Wednesday the 13th ... it hasn't been long . I'm just worried because of the email. and yes I hope we all get reunited with our loved ones ..

Oh wauw that's why they sent you that email.. they were expecting you to send it earlier but you sent it like almost a week after you received PPR. I think the passport is fine.. now that you sent them an email explaining the situation they will look for it and proceed..Did they ask you for a lot of additional infor to send along with the passport? Yeppers we sure will soon God is good

on Feb 16 2016 they received my wife application
and yesterday March 29th 2016 they requested the final payment of 490$ which I think the permanent resident fee which I will pay this morning ..question what stage am I at ..any a dive how much longer

It is possible if medicals or PCC is expiring soon. I got 10 days, when i was applying for PR last year.

My passport was received this morning in the VO MEXICO and signed by Osvaldo Salinas... When I saw the name I was a little scared that it wasn't the person that normally sign for the documents .. Cause the one who sign for the previous documents I sent was someone else...but I've been reading in previous comments that Salinas has signed for other applicants... So I hope my passport got there safe and that everything will go smooth... The only thing I notice is that in the ECAS I only have 4 lines.. And I notice other people in this forum has even 6. Is that normal?

Awesome congrats..he signed for ours too.. he's famous lol.. Who received the last documents you sent? You passport is fine don't worry .. did you used dhl or fedex.? That's normal..ecas is always behind time..but it will be updated soon. Does your status still say In Process?

I used DHL...but the DHL lady dint seem to know what she was doing, she had to print the labels 3 times, cause she kept forgetting to include the prepaid labels for the return on the folder for being on the phone and taking to the girls next to her..I got so stressed I told her to please pay attention to my package cause included very important documents and didn't want her to label them wrong or send the somewhere else.... Well anyways at least I can feel relax just to know that the package has been deliver and the guy who signed is the right one.. My status in ECAS still says in process ..

But I have notice that if I log in with my Husband's info. The number of lines in the PErmanet resident section is only 3... But when I log in with my info. It shows 4.. Maybe is not that important to update his.. Since the file got transferred to Mexico.
