I wonder if anyone here has seen today the battle of twits between Mr. Clement and PAFSO? Utterly ridiculous, especially Mr. Clement, who comes across as a bit unprofessional and disrespectful for my taste... all in all, a baffling situation...

where did u see this ?
i didnt see it. twits? like on twitter??

Yes, on twitter. Check Clement´s account or Pafso´s account. Actually, PAFSO only got back to him once, the other twits are between Clement and regular people who question him about the government´s actions on this matter.

Question:

I met my girlfriend in Mexico and we are having a serious long-distance relationship. She has been in Mexico for many years, but is an illegal immigrant from a central american country. We are thinking of getting married in the future.

Q1) Would it be better for her to go back to her native country and us get married there, and doing the application in that country?

Q2) Or would it be better for us to get married in Mexico(not sure if possible) and try to do the application from Mexico, even though she probably should be deported?

Q3) Some people have said that having a baby in Mexico will may make it easier for her to get her Mexican papers. Any one know?

thanks

didn't you send it with dhl?
you should be able to check your tracking number and it will tell you which day the PGR arrived at the embassy

Hi leisa ,

yes I send it by DHL , I just want to know if they put in on my file :s

Sorry to bother you Leisa but i have a question for you:
Did your husband sign the COPR form back in Mexico or did he have to sign it upon entering Canada in front of an officer?

Hello everyone ,

I got an email from the embassy requesting info I already send , I just think this are good news cuz it seems like they are working on applications !!

Oh, that's great!

I'm just waiting for my SA then, they'll ship our app off to Mexico City. I'm so afraid that it's just going to sit there for months collecting dust.

That`s great Frida. And I totally agree with you. It is good news because the strike may not be as bad as it sounds and at least they are still working on family applications. Hope everything works out well for you!

DO NOT SIGN IT!. lol
He must sign it in Canada in front of the officer, if he signs it before its void and they will have to issue a new one.
:)
