Hm that is weird. Kind of "off the grid". We got a similar email when we withdrew our visitor's visa. They requested a prepaid waybill so they could send the paperwork and passport back.

anyways all i want to know now is if they received it or not! because our SSP was including with the dhl...
:-\

If it takes approx ten days for them to send the PGR letter after receiving the way bill..It is quite possible it takes a few days to get the mail sorted and added to the app. There has been no activity yet on our waybill and it was received Monday as well. So I'm sure they have it.. it just hasn't been added to the app yet.

I don't know, I'm hoping not more than 10 calendar days.. today's only day 4 :(

Everyone's case seems to be different. My husband's change of address was updated on Ecas.. but nothing else. Still says received March 29 and nothing else!!! Doesn't say transferred.. medicals received.. nothing. And I'm curious why my AOR took a month longer than others!! So confusing!

yeah same with ours!! no updates on our ecase all it says is received jan 18, not a tiny bit more lol. i dont think they will ever change ours.

Maybe the AOR came late because of the officer, i guess some are slower or to busy to send it out or for whatever reason!.

but i agree its all so confusing!, just when you think you know whats happening the ball swings the other way :o

haha same here!!, the first 4 months went pretty fast, than when we got an email, now time is standing still!!
i think itll be slow untill the bitter end

They probably have it, but it isn´t in the system yet or whatever.

When we sent our PGR, we ended up going to mexico city a few days after DHL said they got it, to hand in the SSP.

When we were there we took the opportunity to ask if they had received the PGR certificate. The guy checked on the system and said it wasn´t in there yet. But the DHL trackind said it had been there for 3 or 4 days.

So when I told the guy that, he said it takes about a week or so to get sorted so not to worry.
