How do I do the following??

( X ) Confirmation of your current mailing address.
( X ) The complete address in which you intend to live in Canada.

I want my husband to send the passport tomorrow cause he works for the next 11 days after that.

In a separate letter that you would send along with the passport??

Keep us informed on all the dates so we can see how long it takes for the passport to get back to you in DR.

That is great news!! It's really good to see some movement at the VO and you must be super happy.

I realize that this ECAS is not very reliable as far as timing and such but I'm getting a little bit worried... most applicants with an AOR2 have their ECAS changed to "processing" - ours is still stuck on "application received" even though we received our AOR2 at the end of September and I have had an email acknowledgement that they have my husbands medical file and it's included with the rest of our application. Could it be that they haven't even started our process

So my wife went today to a CIC session for "newcomers to Canada".... in Mexico City.

She just meet two cases that are already in their third year of process.... seems that is not uncommon at all.

I had to calm down my wife because she was freaking out.

Hope no one here takes that long!

My husband and I will be living in Alberta and my application has that a dress but we are currently in toronto so I will be sending my passport from here. And by the time it comes back I will still be in toronto.. Should I put my address in toronto as a current mailing address and my full address in Alberta as where we intend to live? Or should I put like everything is in Alberta?.. Also which company you recommend from Canada to send it? Anybody can tell me?

That is why they ask for both addresses, they understand that relocation is expected after landing. So current address would be toronto and future address Alberta.

Use CanadaPost Xpress (which is Fedex for international)... they are the easiest to find (any Canada Post office has it)... but any other DHL, UPS, etc. works.... (even regular mail if you want to risk it )

Hello,

I will recommend DHL, I sent some documents to Mexico last week and they took 2 days to arrive to Mexico and I paid 80 dollars. I wont recommend using any Canada post services even the ones with express service because my husband sent some documents to me when I was in Mexico through them and they took 4 weeks to arrive, the Canadian mail was not a problem the problem was when they arrived to Mexico, it took forever to them to deliver and there is no way to contact them.
