And did you get any tracking number after you sent it? I read somewhere that within a couple of days of recieved they send an email. I haven't gotten it but its okay, just sent the passport on Thursday. Just wanted to make sure I sent it to the right address, I've seen and also sent documents myself to the Miguel de Saavedra address but on the visa site it said another address and I wasn't sure. I'm so confused on what happens next. Anyways, thank you very much, 2 weeks sounds alright
I sent the payment receipt where I paid the service at the bank. When I sent the package via DHL I got a tracking number and the next day they Recieved it, although the person who got it was the security guard it said there so I'm super confused if I did it right. Sooo nervous

When we got medical request MexVo requested to let them know when completed because "their partners in Ottawa" were going to assist with reviewed

I imagine you were lucky enough to have your application scanned and sent to Mexico VO, which makes me think exactly what I feared would happen is taking place - they're reviewing the scanned applications before they get through the backlog of their paper applications. You are very lucky and I am extremely jealous of your good fortune!
It's possible this is happening, but that's why I believe MexicoVO is really only working on paper apps and all these scanned files are being reviewed with support of CPC-Ottawa. As we've all seen Ottawa is flying through their apps unlike most outland VOs.

My app was received in Sept 2019, transferred to Mexico VO in December 2019, and hasn't been touched by Mexico VO at any point. So there is a real benefit to people whose apps were scanned, especially since Mexico has already confirmed they won't be scanning any apps that they received on paper. Not really a step forward for our apps that are on paper at all.
exactly. So I would honestly hope that you are the next to be approved, or anyone in and around your timelines (which they have been!! the last few DMs from Mexico were for people whose applications were transferred in October 2019).
What is scary is seeing that people whose applications were scanned are now being reviewed and approved well ahead of those of us who have been waiting for a year because our applications are on paper.
