Hi, my file is not in Mexico but it was transferred to LA nearly 11 months ago, first sent the file in Feb 2018. Do all VOs follow a similar practice with doing interviews quarterly? The LA thread isn't very active, just looking anywhere to help ease my mind in this never ending process.

Have you ordered your notes? have you tried to contact them? have you spoken with your MP?

Thank you ! It may still take a few weeks to finalize but with the pre arrival email I know that it was approved =)

When we inquired of the status of our application we received: "Your application is in process and in queue for revision. An exact schedule for a decision is not yet available. At the moment, there is no need for further action on your part. Our office will contact you should we require additional information or documents."

Any idea what the word revision references and/or what this statement implies?

Standard e-mail. They send the same to everyone, Mexico VO copy and paste the same message

Passport with visa retreived March 26th 2019

Applicant has landed yesterday. All went well with the immigration process at Montreal airport. Took about an hour and a half. Officers were really friendly with the applicant.

Im not sure how accurate this information is, but I have heard that the Havana VO has now closed and all files have been sent to Mexico VO to be processed. Does anyone know if this information is correct?

I have not heard this.. however, for those of us waiting on a response from Mexico city this is not good news. This means more delays and wait time.
