Tuesday I received my notes there is absolutely nothing, not even the eligibility or background check has begun.

This really looks like a joke, I hope to be transferred next month. I've already sent web forms but it doesn't work at all.

What does the webform do? My lawyer sent webform in June and no further action needed.

And I asked my lawyer to help me link my application to my GC Keys account. And they won't do it and make excuse for it, saying there's no point. I'm just like wtf.

Wtf? Why don't you have the account linked? I have used the web forms to submit information requested and last month to request information on how to change the last name, I always receive a reply. But when I asked why my application had not been transferred and the background check had not begun, it was a complete silence.

I think if you have a lawyer as a representative, then you can't link to GCKey (because paid reps have their own portal). But you can use ECAS.

Cause I have representative, honestly don't know what their excuse is on what they don't want to link my application. On ECAS I have no update since March 1,2019

I think if you have a lawyer as a representative, then you can't link to GCKey (because paid reps have their own portal). But you can use ECAS.

Yeah been using ECAS now but still no update. 11 months coming up now

Yes they are behind in sending the ATIP notes too, my last set was over 40 days. They never responded to my inquires either lol. They finally just showed up at the 48 day mark

Well I received that set after day 48.... nothing new in them at all, It seems as if mexico is really behind. I have ordered a new set as I have 49 days remaining with nothing new on GCKEY

I wonder if the two weeks they have been at interviews has a role in their silence? You and I have Almost similar timeline and The silence is killing me!

Who knows , I think interviews were this week. It sounded like they were brutal too based on feedback I have had from friends who went . I’m sure the officers conducting the interviews are not the same that actually worked on them , but we never know lol

We just had our interview last Monday. They tried to confuse my husband quite a bit but he did good. They did not give anyone an answer to how they were going to proceed. They said two weeks. Two days later my husband was sent for his updated medical because his expired in April. So I have to believe that is a good sign. He did medical on Friday so I’m hoping this whole process will finally be over. We are almost at 18 months. Fingers crossed

We just had our interview last Monday. They tried to confuse my husband quite a bit but he did good. They did not give anyone an answer to how they were going to proceed. They said two weeks. Two days later my husband was sent for his updated medical because his expired in April. So I have to believe that is a good sign. He did medical on Friday so I’m hoping this whole process will finally be over. We are almost at 18 months. Fingers crossed

Wow eh ! I guess they are just doing their jobs but that is the exact feedback I got from friends that had them this week too. Apparently they asked some really off the wall questions that they never expected . Happy to hear about your medical and congrats at almost being done !
