hello, im getting crazy i didnt send everything to the canadian embassy in mexico city, 2 months ago but my passport was expired i called them before cic, and email the canadian embassy in mexico to make sure there was no problem cause at that time was imposible for me to renew it 
, they say should be fine (like they dont want to border to investigate), so i dont want more delays y just email the canadian embassy in mexico city, but still no reply i want to make sure everything is going well i dont want a surprise after a month that i have to apply again for my police certificate and then wait another 3 months for it, any one knows if i can send some one from my family to ?(i dont have idea where to apply for it it is PGR ??) because in that cause i dont care send somebody but have it here in 2 days and another 2 days can be in missisauga my medicals should be there by now, so i just need my police certicate to keep going ) but nobody answer me, i called cic again they say thedont have idea how that works, and the embassy dont answer or dont answer right :/
