Meng to Phd

This is my general Q if I am going to take Meng from Canadian university is it possible to get admission for Phd....I heard only Masc student can do Phd programs is it true.....

After MENG u have to spend 1 year in MASc which bridges to phd degree .

yes its possible but hard to get admission as compared to those who have done Masc.VPS123 said:
in Masc u do attach with a professor which u call as ur supervisor. that supervisor gives u a project and show u the path how to do it. he works hard with u and give u money form his funding options, so most of the times professor want to take that student to stay with him till phd.
where as meng is course based degree u dont do any research activity during meng. automatically ur chances become less.
remember phd is research intensive degree and very hard to earn for those who have not strong research back ground.
still some meng students go for phd so during meng u must convince any professor to be ur supervisor during ur phd. if u are smart enough to convince some professor then u can have phd after meng.
i did research work while completing MENG project and i had a supervisor as well .
