I'm having trouble with this area. I can't remember every association I was ever a part of and the timeline. For example I was in Girl Scouts when I was in I think first-third grade but I'm not positive. Also I can't remember if I was a member of a professional organization or just attended events. How descriptive were you here? Did you hunt down these answers?

Also what if you signed up to volunteer somewhere once or twice, did you put that down?

My husband was/is involved in a whole bunch of organizations, but he only mentioned the ones from after the age of 18 and where a monetary donation was made.

well I think that was fine as long as he has a certification or if the other member known him better as part of the said Org. That was part of the background check I guess.

You only need to mention the ones after age 18, and of which you can be verified to be a member. I mentioned my professional associations, because I have to belong to those no matter where I am in the world and carry ID cards to that effect. I'm not a card-carrying member of any other organizations or groups, so I didn't bother with, for example, my membership in say, Livestrong.
