Did medical on Nov 23 2012 and applied for visa on Dec 1 2012 and got visa on Dec 27 2012. I couldnt leave for this semster so my college deferred me to next intake

I'm currently filing for ECA. I got my transcript from my university (V.T.U) . I have a few doubts. The transcript i received is one document with all the details for all the semester which is attested by university registrar and is sealed. Is this right ?
