Is there anyway we can check with Ottawa if they have received our medicals? It's been 3 months since we've done our medicals and still no word from Buffalo.

you can send them a e-mail and ask.. coz sometimes they don't update your status in cic gc.ca

NOT SOMETIMES BUT USUALLY THEY DONT UPDATE MEDICAL ON ECASE

Thanks guys, I did get hold of Ottawa and they confirmed that they did receive our medicals.

You can call this number and check your status at Ottawa. To check if medicals have reached Ottawa, try phone #s: 613-941-2170 613-941-6641, Try to call early in the morning at 9 am and request them they will give the info. Good luck.

does every one's medical go to ottawa ?? or just specific vo does send there

Not sure Sultan Ali, I think it depends where you are. We applied within Canada, that's why our medicals was sent to Ottawa. Maybe you should ask PMM, he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have also applied from within Canada.. Toronto actually..
My meds have been received in Ottawa and they have updated it on the website, however it's been (a bit) over 3 months ago..
still haven't received anything from them.. and (wednesday, i guess) they have updated the timelines on CIC.. the processing times when from 9 months to 17 months.. which scared me.. I'm very anxious about it and I can't wait to get the passport requests.. my lawyer said I should be cool about it coz there's nothing else that can be done at this time..
