The thing is I was in US for 10 years, from 1997 till 2007, I was on H1 visa for first 3 years and I had green card also.
OK, If I tell you guys my status, what are the chances,

In 1999 I had filed for Canadian PR through Baffalo (when i was on H1 visa) and I have been granted PR and I landed also in Canada as PR, but after 6 months of living in Canada, working in Canada on weekend and working in US on H1, I went to US and let my PR go after 6 months, because I got my GC in US.

Now I got married in 2006 (on US GC) and applied for my husband to come to US, and the rule was I had to stay in India for 3 months or 6 months or something, for some reason, they denied, anyways, so I applied for my Citizenship, after almost 5 years on GC, I got denied for US Citizenship, because I don't know the reason, I had immigration lawyer, but because of marriage and surname change and my Husband being refused for GC, I got refused for Citizen ship, so my Husband went to Moscow for his MD and instead of me going back to India, I came to Finland, so we both are student, I am doing my masters here and he is doing his MD in Moscow.

I am applying again for Canadian PR and I will be the primary applicant, and as i just checked, Physiotherapy is in High Demand profession.

So what are the chances of me getting PR, with interview or without interview, based on I already had once before PR and 14 years of experience and husband being MD (sooner or later)

@ MONEY, can I have your email address, well I can ask here in public too, but I will look stupid, If I ask something stupid. The thing is I want to know what documents from me, my Husband and my son, I need to send? Like degree certificates, transcripts, passport, police clearance, available fund, and lots of other things,

Right now my biggest worry is IELTS, I worked in US 10 year and was Canadian PR back in 2001, Do I still need to take IELTS?
(may be it was stupid to abandon my 2001 PR, but that time I got US GC so I thought I will become citizen and rest would be fine, didn't know Citizen ship will get denied after 6 years on GC)

I got a reply from London CHC as following:

We appreciate that you wish to arrive in Canada as soon as possible, however at this moment we do not anticipate requesting your passport for visa issuance before December 2010/January 2011.

I dont know what the heck is all this?it means even every thing is ok still we have to wait for 4 to 5 months.

Yeah i know mate, we are getting more people in this situation, i dont know why they are doing it? it is a long time 4 to 5 months of waiting specially when all is ok.

Hi friends please guide me...

i am going to take DD for RPRF. I have to take DD of CAD 980/- (490*2) for me and my wife. The DD should be favoring "The Receiver General Canada" in Canadian Dollars payable at Canada. I have to send the DD to my Visa office which is London. My only doubt is whether the DD should be payable in Canada or not. The doubt is am sending the DD to my Visa Office at London, UK and the DD is payable at Canada, thats why. May be they will send the DD to Canada for encashing...
