Medicals not Updated !

Hello There , I have submitted my SDS visa application on 28th December 2023 , and I have done my biometrics on 4 Jan 2024 , I have submitted a webform regarding revised LOA on 5th January 2024 and received a confirmation mail the same day . I have given my medicals on 13 December 2023 . It's been a week after my biometrics and I haven’t received any update and my Medicals status is also not updated.Is the delay I am facing is due to Webform i raised to submit additional docs or is it a general problem . They generally say medicals will get updated within 30 days after the medical exam but it hasn't updated yet.

So it can take up to 30 days and remember about the two week holiday where many government employees were off.
