Medicals from US anyone?

Has anyone done the Medicals for Canadian immigration from the US. Will the medicals be covered by Insurance or do we need to pay in full. How much is the approximate cost

Not covered by insurance. Cost depends on the physician/location but is usually 300-400 USD per adult. We had to pay all that in hard CASH.

I have 1 more question: I got medical request email on Feb 06th & it says that I need to do it within 30days.
Now, for some unavoidable circumstances, I can do the medicals only on Mar 08 which is exactly on the 30th day.

Is it fine or they are very strict to be done within 30 days.

You must comply with the request or ask for an extension.
