Medicals - Canada Passport Size Photo

Hi,

Am appearing for medicals tomm. and since there is no mention of size of photo on the information on the forms sent by CIC, I relied on Canada Post person,where I took my photos, who informed that Canada passport size photos are required for medical examinations.

I hope it won't cause an issues tomm. Please advise.
