Alright you're good to go ahead.

Don't bother spending $1500 on OINP and wasting 4-5 months. Forget OINP, it is a way to get ITA which you already got. Go ahead with your EE ITA and get all documents and enjoy the ride to PR.

Whoever will give you the earliest date and at the best price - they charge different amounts depending where you go.

He charges $140 his fees (cash only)
$40 for X-ray (card or cash)
$5 or $10 for blood test. Good thing all these are done in the same building

Ours were $150 each for the medical, $15-25 each to get bloods taken (depending on what the doctor requested) and $50 each for x-rays.
