Hello,

Can anyone help me?

I had been in Canada for the past an year and a half, do I need my medical examination done as well?
It's confusing.

:o

Yes. No matter how long and where you stayed. Medical is a must requirement.

One more thing while uploading the documents, I don't see any option for uploading IELTS TRF ? Is it normal or I have to upload it?

You can combine your IELTS document with your education documents. It is normal and you don't get any option to upload it. If you don't upload it now they are going to ask you which will waste some time in processing your application so upload it.

Some people upload under the educational certificates section but we didn't do that. CIC made a document request around a week after AOR and created another section for us to upload our CELPIP certificates. Up to you what you prefer to do - upload it under educational documents or wait for a document request.

The PCC request, which way is more quick, If i get it from back home or going via Indian Consulate in Toronto but that takes around 6 weeks.

Getting from home country is much faster. Get someone to apply it for you from PSK and ask them to send you the pdf file.

Do I need to send any form or something to get the PCC? Is there any format or the PCC or it can be a document from the police?

The person who applies it for you will need copies of your passport. PSK has a standard format which is accepted by CIC

You need to take your passports and some passport photos along with you. The forms are done electronic and the doctor then sends it direct to CIC. You are given a form which you can scan and upload to your application. It contains all the information CIC need to access your medical report once it's been completed.

Great!! Thank you, I received my ITA from Ontario on Feb 6, 2016 and I received my ITA for exress entry on Feb 8, 2016, what should I do? Should I send the documents to ON first or not?

Not very sure of the answer on this as we are CEC inland so only dealt with EE. I'm sure there will be someone on here that can answer you though.
