First that is not a lazy eye. A lazy eye has weak muscles so the eye appears slightly crooked. If you are blind in one eye and it is not related to a progressive medical condition you should be fine. If your eye sight has not prevented you from working that is what is important. Be aware you might not be able to drive in Canada if you are blind in one eye.
