Hi All,

Here is our application timeline:
  • Current Status: In Canada on Closed & Open Work Permits
  • PR Category: CEC Inland
  • AOR: 21-Dec-2020 (One principal applicant and 2 dependents of spouse and minor child)
  • Biometrics: Not needed as they allowed the ones we submitted for the Work Permit applications
  • Medical: 19-Nov-2020
  • Medical Furtherance Request for Spouse: 10-Dec-2020
  • Medical Furtherance Report Submitted: 08-Mar-2021
  • IRCC Medical Furtherance Report Missing Letter to Lawyer: 14-Jul-2021
  • Medical Furtherance Report from Panel Physician Uploaded by the Lawyer: 14-Jul-2021
  • Medical Exam Passed: 09-Aug-2021
  • Medical Surveillance Notice: 10-Aug-2021
  • Additional Documents Processing: 10-Aug-2021
Of course, we were worried about the medical surveillance but were reassured after reading some of the threads on this forum--thank you so much!
Our immigration lawyer sent us the IRCC online application snip and we can see from that Eligibility, Additional Documents, and Background Check all say that they are under review/processing.

To the experts here, in your experience and opinion, what stage is our PR application at and how long will it take to get the eCOPR?

Thanks and Regards,
IndicNord

We received the immigration medical surveillance letter from our PHA via Canada Post on Aug 27th, called the Registered Nurse on the extension listed and completed the interview. The discharge letter was issued by email on the same day (upon request) and arrived via Canada Post today (Sep 2nd).

IRCC uploaded an information sheet and IMM 0535 (Medical Surveillance Undertaking) to our application portal on Aug 31st. Our lawyer raised a Webfom and uploaded the Discharge Letter from our PHA to provide proof of complaince and completion of the medical surveillance (Our PHA closed the case and informed IRCC directly).

Hoping to get the portal email soon.

Latest update is that our lawyer raised a new webform and uploaded the signed copy of the IMM 0535. IRCC then direcly emailed us on Sep 15th 2021 a new Medical Survellaince Notice confirming that we are in complaince with the Medical Surveillance Undertaking requirement and no further action is required.

No updates on Online Application page yet and we are still awaiting the first PR Portal email.

Hi,
Any updates on your case? We submitted the webform with imm form. they replied back saying they have forwarded to the immigration officer. Saw a ghost update after that. But no other updates after that.

Also We received an email from pha saying ircc is aware that medical survellianceis delayed to pandemic and they cannot do anything but wait. So not that hopeful. But will let you know if we get any information.

Nothing. Our lawyer is raising a webform with a case-specific inquiry just to appease us ;-) IRCC will take their own sweet time with 2020 AORs it seems like.
