Medical Required for both Partner if you are Closed Workpermit and Applying for PR

Hi Everyone ,

I have a unique situation . I am married and dispute case is pending in India against my Husband and currently with supreme court and we are staying apart from last two years.
Last year due to my official assignment , I have been posted in Canada on closed work permit and will be there for year or so.
And now wish to apply for the PR under express entry.

Currently I am not legally Separated nor Divorced. Also my spouse will never support in medical and Police verification any time.

Please guide, what should be the right marital status to apply for the PR and required document ?

Canada has no formal legal separation process. As you have been living apart for 2 years, you are legally separated.
