Medical request after Upfront: 2days left

Hi,

My parents did an upfront medical and submitted application on Dec 16, we then got medical request on Jan 5, however it's 1.5months yet no change in medical status. Please let me know if my parents should go for another medical test as there are only 2 working days left before the '30 day' period from Jan 5 onward comes to an end.

- Did you upload the medical on the application?
-Did you reupload/resend the medical form after the medical request, or explain that the medicals had previously been sent with the application (if they were)?

Yes I did upload the upfront medical confirmation that we got when we submitted the application.
I don't think we can re-upload or re-sent the medical form. We however did email using the Webform and attached the confirmation that we got

Looks like you've already done all you can. The medical is valid for 1 year, so if further tests are requested, you should have been notified by now.
