Medical - reffered to local doctor

Hi All, want your advice, had are medical couple weeks back and submitted application. My partners chest x ray was pasted to our local doctor as there was something which was thicker than normal which may or may not be something (nothing diagnosed). However I am unsure what the hospital who did the medical do, do they submit the results or wait on further feedback from your local own GP? plus if submitted, what do IRCC do with this, rejection or request further test?

If the CIC-approved doctor was the one doing the referring...why not call them and ask where they sent the referral?
