guys do we need to submit medical result along with application or we can submit proof of appointment for medical.
actually we just had a bay, so planning to do medical in Feb.

Proof of appointment won't suffice. PA and dependents will have to undergo medicals and then upload the information sheet provided by the clinic.

I called the hospital and they told me that they can provide only acknowledgement receipt to me and will send medical report directly to cic.
Is it fine to upload acknowledgement receipt?

Hi Varun,

Yes its perfectly fine, The hospital will issue you an acknowledgement receipt which will have your E-Medical reference letter printed on it.
Results will be directly shared with CIC.
