medical+passport requested, how to send passport ?

Please fix an appointment with DMP first by calling them. You can get the contact details in CHC website.

If not I can give you the link.

Then after undergoing medical exam, scan your receipt CHC as you have opted for online application.

Won't it be easier and safe to collect it in person?

If you are sending through courier that means you have trust in your courier service so why travel all the way. If you have the opportunity of sending personally then go yourself.

Because I don't think VFS will deliver your PP to CHC as you have opted for online application.

YES I CAN DROP PP+MED RECEIPT AT CHC DELHI, BUT AFTER THAT , WILL THEY COURIER THE PP TO ME BY THEMSELVES ? COZ I WILL COME BACK TO LUCKNOW AFTER MED AND WILL NOT BE IN DELHI TO PICK UP PERSONALLY

No they will not courier to you .you have to include a prepaid envelope if you want to get the passport in your place.

When you go for submission, you can ask the person to whom you are submitting the way and act accordingly.

im not sure but i think they will courier to me coz they never asked for a return envelope , though i will ask to the person at chc what should i do

They will courier if you ask them to do so and also drop your mailing address.
