Medical passed, but Eligibility Review has not started

Guys, after I submitted my upfront Medicals upon the request of the high commission, my medical section on the portal has been updated to “Medicals Passed”
But every thing else is “in progress”.
And the Canadian High Commission has sent me an e-mail saying, I will hear from them soon.
Is that regular practice. What does that mean it has been 4 weeks since my application.

My status shows i do not need a medical still
Medical - 22 june
Biometric - 11 july
And biometric is completed but not medical
I'm really worried

Sure, here it is:

June 29th - Submitted SDS online application.
June 30th - Biometrics request.
July 3rd - Given biometrics and biometrics updated.
July 12th - "You passed the medical exam" update.
July 19th - "Final decision: Your application was approved" update, Biometric Correspondence Letter, Passport Request Letter.

Processing time: 16 days (starting from Biometrics enrolment date).

Can you please share the information regarding the processing of ppr? I mean how long will it take when you handed your passport and received it back?

It depends from which country you applied from and its processing times..... There are no standard times on when a visa officer will request medical (if they want to proceed)

I am applying through SDS online application.
29th June - Submitted application
30th June - Biometrics request
3rd July - Provided biometrics and biometrics updated
12th July - Medical passed

So it has been 2 working days after "Medical passed" and it still says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."
I am worried now, has anyone encountered this before?
Is there a problem with my application that is causing this?
