medical passed and background check not applicable

Hi, I checked my status and it says medical passed but the background check says not applicable. My stream is FSW-outland. Also curious I have not proved additional documents (just the ones I submitted for application) but status says additional documents being reviewed. What is that?

I'd guess it's either because CIC's IT department doesn't know how to properly code a system...or a CIC officer doesn't know how to properly work said system. Or a combination of both.

Don't worry about that. CIC themselves mentioned that you might see some messages which is related to additional documrnts.It is common Glitch.

the status of background check just get into "in progress" so is that mean it is in IP2?

My background check was in NA then it changed next day after medical passed to in progress and today it changed again to NA (it has been 28 days since AOR) what is mean? is it already ip2?

I applied for Permanent Residency. Application date was 16th March 2017. My Medical was passed 2 days back and I had paid the landing fee and application fee along with the application. I was wondering what would be the next step in the process. Would the next step be Passport Request?

Please i need your advice!since we couldn’t link the account online. From the cic status tool through their number:

Last week my status was:

Medical passed
Interview completed, after the interview the officer asked more documents so we sent them back
No need for fingerprints
Background not started yet

Today:

Medical passed
Interview completed
No need for fingerprints
Background is not showing anymore... weird! It means what???
