My Wife and Son have completed their medical for SOWP and visitor visa on Jan 28th 20201, and the medical center (Hyd-India) has uploaded the medical reports on the portal on 2nd Feb 2021.
The medical reports have not yet been updated on their application and when I had contacted IRCC they mentioned the same thing that medical reports are pending.
I had contacted the medical center and they told me that the case handler needs to merge the UCI and UMI (UMI numbers were provided by the medical center in both emails and the stamped medical report).
I am not sure what this means, can anyone help me on how to proceed and whom to contact to get this UCI and UMI merged?
