medical not required, but can't proceed without document

As per the Medical exam requirements for temporary residents (visitors, students and workers) page, it seems as though I don't require a medical exam since I am staying less than six months. On my visitor visa application document checklist, though, I can't proceed without uploading proof of a medical exam. What's the deal? How do I proceed?

did you answer yes to the question if you've had a medical done in the last 12 months?

go back to the questionnaire and change your answer there.
